Who should I contact?

The best way to contact the relevant staff member is via our Enquiries Form - to access this, please click Here

How DO I use the Enquiries Form?

Please include your name, email address and state your student's name and year group in the 'Subject of your enquiry' field.  Then select the staff member you wish to contact from the drop down list, which this includes staff member's names and job titles.  Please use the 'Detail' box to give more information regarding your request or enquiry.

How do I decide who to contact?

We request that parents and carers use the guidelines below to ensure their enquiry is shared with the most relevant member of staff. This will help us provide a timely and useful response. We also ask that parents raise their initial enquiry at the appropriate level before escalating to senior leaders.

Response Times

Staff will respond to your communication within 3 full working days. Although this may be slightly longer in the case of part-time staff. If this is not the case, then please do feel free to escalate the matter.
