Sir CBR Talk - Sleep and body clocks All welcome

The annual Sir Christopher Ricks Talk this year features best-selling author Professor Russell Foster, who will be talking to us about Sleep and our own Body Clocks.
This talk was set up back in 2017 to celebrate academic excellence, and is named after our most illustrious alumnus - Professor Sir Christopher Ricks. This year our speaker is Professor Russel Foster, a best-selling academic and author whose work on Sleep and its importance for our health has been featured in numerous studies and programmes. Come along and find out more about the importance of sleep, and hopefully come away with some tips for improving your sleep patterns. It will make a world of difference.
