Free course on python programming, for girls aged 12-18
This is an entirely FREE course (no strings attached) aimed to teach girls aged 12-18 to program using Python, the world's Number 1 Programming Language. No previous experience of programming required.
PyGirls is a course for girls to learn how to code with games and projects. Every week during the school year, we meet on zoom, both participants and trainers. We explore the Python language together with you through exercises and fun projects, with plenty of time to share ideas and have fun.
All you need is a computer or tablet with an internet connection. And if you don't have these things, register anyway and we will find a solution together!
Our goal is to give as many girls as possible an insight into the world of programming to spark interest in science and reduce the gender gap in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) topics.
